• Application Information: Information we receive from members on applications and other forms (for example, name, address, social security number, employment, financial status, credit history, assets and income). We retain personal information we receive from you on an application you provide for membership, deposit account, EFT services, loans, or other services;
• Your Transactions: Information about member transactions with us; including your account balance, payment history, parties to transactions, credit or other information about our communication with you, your requests and our responses.
• Credit Reports: Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (for example, your credit worthiness and credit history). When we evaluate your application for an account or service, we receive a credit report about you from a consumer-reporting agency. • Customer Identification Program: Information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms (this may be obtained from your current or past employers, outside Customer Identification sources or from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions); and

Information We Disclose

In order to conduct our operations, including servicing your account or processing transactions, we need to share information with our service providers, including data processing companies, loan service providers, insurance companies, collection agencies and credit reporting companies. What Members Can Do to Help

• Protect your account number(s), card number(s), PIN(s) and passwords(s). Never keep your PIN with your debit or credit cards, which can provide free access to your accounts if your card is lost or stolen.
• Use caution when disclosing your account number(s), social security number, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you, explains the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number, you should beware. Official credit union staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask for it.
• Keep your information current. It is important that we have current information on how to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of an account, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know.
